Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative

A well-known company within the fashion industry is looking for a bright Dutch speaker to join their international team! You will be involved in an enjoyable, vibrant team, where no two days are the same. Within your role, you will be in charge of delivering excellent customer service across the Dutch market.

Your duties will include:

• Provide first class customer service via telephone, email and chats across the Dutch market
• Responsible for all orders and keeping accounts up to date on any outstanding orders
• Dealing with returns, refunds and exchanges
• Maintain knowledge of products by keeping up to date with new products as well as providing guidance and advice on the products
• Working closely with the management team

About you:

The successful candidate will be confident, outgoing and have a good understanding in delivering great customer service. You will have previous experience within customer service or an order processing role. It is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative who is not afraid of taking on challenges and wants to develop their skill set in a successful company. Profile:

• Required to be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Experience working in a customer support, customer services, client support or any office-based experience is desirable
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team or independently
• Strong communication skills: active listening, writing/typing, informal communication
