Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative

Do you love travelling and want to have an abroad working experience in the warm Mediterranean area? One of the leaders in the entertainment provider industry is in urgent need of Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for their users who need help with services related to their online social media platform.

Your responsibility will include:

• Provide Excellent Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service to users.
• Handle Inbound Communications: Manage incoming calls, emails, and other channels professionally, ensuring accurate recording of customer information and understanding their needs.
• Coordinate Service Requests.
• Offer Platform Knowledge and Guidance: Providing useful information and recommendations to users.
• Proactively identify and resolve complaints and concerns, utilising problem-solving skills and empathy to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

You will earn an abroad working experience and become more adaptable. The role is based in Portugal, but you can work from home. You will be able to enjoy Portugal’s beautiful landscapes and beaches and vibrant culture. Relocation support is provided such as flight tickets and shared apartment.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch (at least C1 level) and English
• Customer service experience preferred
• Computer skills: MS Office, Internet Explorer, Windows, Mozilla Thunderbird, WhatsApp
• Good at listening, inquiring, summarising, and advising
• Switch between communication channels with ease
• Good problem-solving ability, being able to approach problems logically
