Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative

Do you love travelling and want to have an abroad working experience in the warm Mediterranean area? One of the leaders in the e-commerce industry is in urgent need of Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Greece. You will be the first point of contact for their consumers who need help with their payment, order, delivery, or any other services related to the products they order.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide Excellent Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service to Dutch-speaking consumers, assisting with payment failure, order and delivery issues, and defective products, etc.
• Handle Inbound Communications: Manage emails, and other channels professionally, ensuring accurate recording of consumer information and understanding their needs.
• Coordinate Service Requests: Track and trace their parcels efficiently, liaising with relevant departments and external providers for timely resolution.
• Proactively identify and resolve complaints and concerns, utilising problem-solving skills and empathy to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch (at least C1 level) and English
• Customer service experience preferred
• Computer skills: MS Office, Internet Explorer, Windows, Mozilla Thunderbird, WhatsApp
• Good at listening, dealing with enquiries, summarising, and advising
• Switch between communication channels with ease
• Good problem-solving ability, being able to approach problems logically
