One of the leaders in the phone industry is in urgent need of Czech/Slovak/Slovenian speaking Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Greece. You will be the first point of contact for their customers who need help with their products.

Your responsibility will include:

  • Provide Excellent Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service to consumers, assisting with how to use their products, defective products return, etc.
  • Handle Inbound Communications: Manage emails, and other channels professionally, ensuring accurate recording of consumer information and understanding their needs.
  • Proactively identify and resolve complaints and concerns, utilising problem-solving skills and empathy to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Czech/Slovak/Slovenian (at least C1 level) and English
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to resolve customer concerns with active listening and engagement
  • Technical support experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Good problem-solving ability, being able to approach problems logically
  • Confident, adaptable, and empathetic
