German speaking Customer Service Representative

A global company active in the online casino and gambling industry is looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to work in a rapidly expanding company. You will be working in a motivated team of customer service agents in their Malat office who focus on providing a high quality customer service experience for high-profile international customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Be able to prioritise work ensuring that chats are dealt with within a reasonable period of times
• Be flexible in the rota changing shifts where possible to respond to the needs of the business.
• Help look after TrustPilot and other review sites providing responses and reporting issues to the review site provider
• Be able to communicate problems with the site and/or players to the Management Team

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic problem-solver with an energetic attitude towards problems faced in daily work.

Profile:

• Required to be fluent in German (minimum C1 ) and English (minimum C1), both written and spoken
• Required to have had managerial experience in the gaming industry
• Required to have strong reporting ability
