An experienced Spanish-speaking Payroll Specialist is sought to become part of a fast-growing European IT consultancy firm. You will be responsible for the entire payroll process and working closely with the Payroll Manager to internalise the payroll production. This role is based in Barcelona and the company operates on a hybrid model, with three days working from the office and two days working from home.

The ideal candidate for the role would have at least 5 years‘ experience working on Spanish Payroll, with the addition of fluency in Spanish and English. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company and implement the internal Payroll system across the different countries. If you like working in a start-up environment, this is the perfect role for you to bring your insights and knowledge of A3 and support in setting and implementing systems and procedures in the department.
