As a system engineer, you are responsible for designing, creating, installing, and maintaining systems and software. You will cover both ICT and technical tasks, which will include working with devices, computers and servers.

During your work, you check the current systems. Have you encountered an error or is the system in need of renewal? You provide the right solution by proactively detecting the problems. In this position, you are also a point of contact for the current team.

Your work will consist of:

  • Evaluating current systems and identifying improvements;
  • Independently designing and setting up systems or networks;
  • Installing, configuring and improving new systems;
  • Identifying potential problems for users;
  • Collaborating with team members, end-users, customers, and stakeholders;

We ask of you:

  • A completed HBO education in the direction of ICT;
  • A minimum work experience of 3 years in a similar position;
  • Experience with the various 365 management portals of Microsoft (e.g. Exchange/Azure/Defender);
  • Experience with Windows (10 and 11), Microsoft 365 (Office part);
  • Ervaring met Windows Server (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP);
  • Experience with virtualization (VMware ESXi is a plus);
  • Knowledge of VMware Horizon and/or Microsoft Intune to manage workplaces is an advantage;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • A good command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
