Polish-Speaking Advisor – Technical Support (Remote, Bulgaria)
Are you a Polish-speaking Advisor looking to build a career in technical support and customer service? We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with our client, where you will work as an Advisor providing technical support to customers across Europe. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy combining customer service with technical support and want to grow as a Polish-speaking Advisor in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support as an Advisor, assisting customers with troubleshooting and product-related queries
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Polish and English across voice channels
• Resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring a strong customer service experience in every interaction
• Maintain accurate documentation while working as a technical support Advisor
• Support customers through repair or replacement processes, ensuring consistent technical support delivery

Profile Requirements:

• Fluent Polish (C2) and good English (B2), essential for a Polish-speaking Advisor role
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and confidence in a customer service environment
• Problem-solving mindset suited to a technical support Advisor position
• Willingness to learn and develop within a customer service and technical support role

What’s on Offer:

• Salary of €1,329 gross per month plus performance bonus of up to 10%
• €2,000 signing bonus paid over the first year
• Remote role based in Bulgaria, with relocation support for EU candidates
• Fixed Monday to Friday schedule, supporting work-life balance
