Our client is an internationally recognised food company specialising in a wide range of East Asian Sauces. They are currently looking for a Partnerships Manager from the Food sector to join their team in the European office based in Canary Wharf. In this role you will be working as a Sales Development Manager to spearhead the growth of products in the mainstream foodservice channel, with a focus on the UK market. The developing sales and distribution of products. This role offers a salary of £45-55K (depending on experience) with great benefits. They have a hybrid scheme in place.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop sales strategies and expand distribution.
  • Build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
  • Coordinate trade activities and represent the brand.

About you:

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to establish and nurture key relationships with wholesalers and foodservice operators, driving sustainable sales growth and distribution expansion. You would need to have solid prior experience in Sales Business Development on the UK market to have a network portfolio, and a strategic mindset. You need to have experience in the FMCG – Food sector. This position does not provide sponsorship, so candidates would need to be eligible to work in the UK.

Profile:

  • Fluent English, written and spoken, to business standards
  • Previous experience in Sales and Business Development
  • Mandatory to have experience in the Food sector, especially with wholesalers.
  • Degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and travel in Europe.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Passion for Chinese cuisine and cooking knowledge preferred.
