Our client is a leading international wholesaler specializing in the import and distribution of brand-name food products from Asia, India, Africa, and the Middle East to almost all of Europe. Their core business revolves around being a total supplier of Asian, African, and Indian foodstuffs, serving a diverse client base that includes ethnic shops, wholesalers, food service companies, supermarket chains, and ecommerce platforms.

As a commercial office employee at our client, you are the link between the customer and the account managers of our China division. You are someone who works accurately, so that orders and price checks are properly in the system.
Because you know how to get things done and show initiative, customers are well served and you get energy from that.

As a Commercial Office Employee, you will be responsible for, among other things:

  • Supporting the sale on an administrative level
  • Coordinating customer orders up to delivery
  • Handling requests, by telephone and by e-mail
  • Managing price lists and price agreements
  • Managing master data

We ask:

  • Good command of the English and Dutch languages
  • Proficiency in the Mandarin and/or Cantonese language is an advantage
  • minimum MBO working and thinking level
  • Commercial drive
  • A positive and customer-oriented attitude
