German speaking Customer Service Advisor

A leading pet food subscription company is currently expanding its award-winning customer service team! They are looking for an outgoing, friendly German speaker to be part of their multilingual team. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service across the German speaking markets.

This is a permanent Monday to Friday role, offering a salary of £26,000 per annum + amazing benefits, one of them being the possibility to work fully remote OR hybrid from their office in Richmond.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering emails, chats and telephone calls across the German speaking customers
• Providing first-class advice about new and existing products and promotions
• Maintaining a great relationship with customers and clients

About you:

It is essential for you to be a customer-oriented individual and to have superb problem-solving skills, as well as excellent German language skills. Profile:

• Required to be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative, Client Service Executive, Customer Care Coordinator or Customer Support Agent
• Possess a professional, helpful and friendly telephone manner
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Strong communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment
