Our client is looking for a Transport & Sales Agent to join the Amsterdam-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in both transport operations and client-facing sales, working within a supportive and multicultural environment where customer experience is everything. You will be joining the team dedicated to delivering premium service and directly contributing to their mission of creating unforgettable holiday experiences.
This is an office-based role Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday rotation, based in central Amsterdam on a permanent, full-time basis, to start ideally on 1st September.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Handle daily transport requests, finding the best flights and pricing options for clients
  • Monitor the internal system to ensure timely updates and ticket issuance
  • Communicate clearly with clients about travel changes, disruptions, or schedule updates, and proactively monitor issues that could affect travel (strikes, weather, political changes)
  • Welcome and advise clients in person or over the phone, delivering a premium service
  • Understand client motivations and create tailor-made travel packages
  • Build long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
  • Promote additional services and update client records in the CRM system

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in tourism, hospitality, or the airline industry
  • Proficiency with Amadeus and high computer literacy
  • Strong knowledge of airline rules, fare structures, and ticketing processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A sales-driven, proactive, and organised mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
