Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a high-quality distributor and customer pipeline in the Dutch market
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers through meetings, site visits, and presentations
  • Lead commercial negotiations, contract agreements, and onboarding of new partners
  • Drive sales conversion and revenue growth through structured follow-ups and relationship building
  • Secure initial and repeat orders, ensuring smooth order tracking and delivery coordination
  • Manage day-to-day channel operations and maintain strong partner relationships

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in Dutch for business communication
  • Strong proficiency in Chinese (mandatory for non-Chinese candidates)
  • Must have permanent residence in the Netherlands

Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in: 

  • Energy storage
  • Electrical products
  • Technical or hardware solutions

Proven success in: 

  • Winning new clients (3–5+ key accounts)
  • Building and leveraging industry networks

Solid understanding of: 

  • Household energy storage products and related technologies
