Key Responsibilities:
- Manage diaries and coordinate international travel for senior executives
- Organise meetings and events, ensuring seamless logistics
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients
- Process invoices and monthly expenses, working closely with finance teams
- Provide general administrative and office support
About You:
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable
- Previous experience as a Team Assistant or Secretary is a plus, but not essential
- Open to recent graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to gain experience in a global financial environment.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and eager to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a small team
