Vietnamese speaker Account Manager

Start as an Account Manager for the Vietnamese Market! Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with a leading company in the import and export of Asian and African food products? We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join a vibrant sales team in Kampen. If you have a passion for sales and a knack for building strong client relationships, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handle all client questions and queries via email and primarily by phone, ensuring top-notch customer service
• Use your sales experience to grow your Asia-oriented client portfolio and drive business growth
• Maintain the highest level of customer relations, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
• Assist with various ad hoc tasks to support the sales team and contribute to the overall success of the company

About you:

We’re looking for a highly motivated individual who takes full ownership of their role and excels in communication. If you have previous experience in sales, client relations, business development, or account management, we want to hear from you! Benefits such as travel allowance, work from home allowance and company bonus depending on performance is on offer with this client. Hybrid work is possible after a successful training period. Please note that the role will start on a 6 month temporary basis with the option for a permanent contract afterwards.

Profile:

• Required to be fluent in Vietnamese and English (C1-level or higher) with knowledge of Dutch (ideally B1 level or higher), both written and spoken
• Previous experience in sales, account management, client relations, business development is desirable
• Very strong communication skills and commercial mentality
• Able to commute to Kampen, the Netherlands on a daily basis
