Turkish speaking Customer Service Advisor

A Turkish speaking Customer Service Advisor is instantly required to perform remarkable customer service and support across the Turkish market.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Being first point of contact, answering all queries via emails across the Turkish market.
• Maintain strong relationship with clients and exercised courtesy and professionalism to all clients.
• Taking ownership of a customer problem, investigating and following it through to a solution where the client is satisfied.

Profile:

• Required to fluent in Turkish and English, both written and spoken
• Experience as a Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service, Customer Representative, Customer Service Executive, Client Service or Customer Support
• You must be enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and confident in communicating with people at all levels
• Able to work in Lisbon, Portugal
• Available to start on short notice
