Our client, an organisation that is active in the healthcare industry, is looking for a trilingual Customer Service Representative to join them in their London office due to the rapid expansion of their team. In this role you will be providing an outstanding customer experience using your French and Dutch language skills and will aim to resolve customers‘ queries at first point of contact. The role is office-based, and you will be required to work from the client’s London office on a daily basis, where Covid-19 safety guidelines are in place.

For this role it is important that you are able to demonstrate empathy to customers and can stay calm in challenging situations. You will be required to work from the London office on a daily basis where you will be part of a friendly, multilingual team.
