An outstanding opportunity has arisen with one of our clients located in Gibraltar to join their team as a Thai speaking Customer Service Representative. You will be part of a unit responsible for resolving customers‘ queries and questions via live chat, email and phone. You will also work closely with other internal departments to make sure the best service is provided in the fastest way possible.

You are someone who is not afraid to take on a challenge and you are a very good communicator with already some experience in a similar role. You also have a flexible approach to work hours and are open to relocate to Gibraltar for this challenge (if not already local). Early morning starts (from 06:00 AM onwards) will happen on a regular basis.
With the role based in Gibraltar, successful candidates are provided with relocation support, together with local advice to help simplify their move to the iconic Rock of Gibraltar.
