Our client, a well-established global FinTech company is currently looking for a German OR French speaking Technical Support Specialist to join their multilingual team! In this role, you will provide outstanding support to the company’s clients and customers, together with accurate resolution and guidance on all product related issues and questions.

This is a full time, permanent role offering a salary of £28,000 per annum + amazing benefits, one of them being the opportunity to work on a hybrid scheme: 1 day from the office and the rest from home.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing product support to their French OR German speaking clients/customers.
  • Troubleshooting issues to resolution and answering clients‘ questions in a timely manner.
  • Being responsible for effectively identifying and anticipating clients‘ needs.

About you:

The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy individual with strong problem-solving skills and excellent German OR French language skills. You would be provided with full training and the role is a great opportunity for someone bright, who has a passion for customers, office based customer related experience and a professional manner to work with corporate businesses.

Profile:

  • Required to be fluent in French OR German and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in a B2B technical customer service role is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Computer-literate with strong troubleshooting skills
  • An interest in technology is essential
  • Coding skills are highly desirable
