A Mid Office specialist is urgently needed to work with our client in Amsterdam. Our client is an international scale-up company active in reducing energy emissions. If you are looking to develop your career in the backoffice, and you have an hands-on-mentality, this is the role for you!

Your responsibility will include:

* Ensuring that all the documents, records and registers are up to date and accurate
* Communicate with the Front Office and Back Office to ensure the smooth operation of office processes
* Other ad hoc tasks

About you:

You are an outgoing person that enjoys working in a team, as well as a highly professional personality that is extremely precise. You know how to prioritize tasks and have a great time-management. In return (amongst other benefits) you will receive a bike lease or a travel card, lunch scheme and trainings to develop your skills.

Profile:

* Fluent in English (C1 or C2 level), same level of Dutch is desirable
* Previous experience in a similar role (1-3 years)
* At least MBO education (or equivalent)
* Be able to commute to the Amsterdam office (centrum)
