Location: Breda (Cannot WFH, you have to commute to the office!)

Your mission includes identifying potential buyers and markets, maximising material recovery values, and building strong customer and provider relationships to drive business growth and deeper engagement.


  1. Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Actively seek out potential buyers and markets for products, accessories, components, IT equipment, especially raw materials, and printed circuit boards. This includes prospecting, lead generation, and converting prospects into clients.
  2. Maintain and Grow Customer Relationships: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing key accounts while also establishing new relationships with additional upstream and downstream providers. Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty is crucial for repeat business and referrals.
  3. Achieve Sales Targets and Drive Growth: Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets, expand business volume, and increase penetration within existing accounts. This involves strategic planning, market analysis, and effective sales techniques to drive revenue growth and overall business performance.

  • You have worked in the Netherlands for 2+ years, and are familiar with the work culture and business trends.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in IT/ IT Assets Disposition/ Computer & Electronics
  • Fluent English is a must, Mandarin and Dutch are preferred
  • You have to commute to the office (WFH is not encouraged)
  • In-depth knowledge of the metals market and trading environment in Europe
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure
