A Mandarin-speaking HVC Executive with fluent Mandarin Chinese and English is urgently needed for a global company active in the online casino and gambling industry. You will be working from the office on the Isle of Man. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to manage an international team in a rapidly expanding company. In this role you will build strong relationships with HVCs (High-value customers) and create HVC campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating inspiring international HVC campaigns
  • Being the point of contact for HVCs and monitoring HVC activity
  • Liaising with the Account Manager and other team members to optimise communication with HVCs

The ideal applicant will be a strong communicator and be a strong team player.

Profile:

  • Required to be fluent in Mandarin Chinese (C2) and English (C1), both written and spoken
  • Required to be flexible with shifts, including working weekends when needed
  • Available to work from the office on the Isle of Man
