A Mandarin-speaking Customer Experience Manager with fluent Mandarin Chinese and English is urgently needed for a global company active in the online casino industry. You will be working from the office in Gibraltar, United Kingdom. Full visa sponsorship and relocation package of 4000 pounds will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an analytical mind who is passionate about making a difference to customer service .

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting expert analysis of the customer journey
  • Improving customer experience processes at key touchpoints such as onboarding and customer relationship management
  • Measuring customer experience perforance to ensure consistent customer experience across the full product

The ideal applicant will have some previous experience working with Google Analytics.


  • Required to be fluent in Mandarin Chinese (C2) and English (C1), both written and spoken
  • Required to have had some previous experience in customer experience or market research
  • Available to work from the office in Gibraltar (work from home possible 1-2 days a week after probation)
