Hindi speaking Operations Manager

A brand new opportunity in the food industry has occurred for a fluent Hindi speaker with fluency in English to join our client as an Operations Manager. You will be joining a Hindi-speaking team in a multicultural office in the Hague Area where you can use your Hindi language skills on a daily basis to oversee the organisation’s operations. H Please note that the role will start on a 6 month temporary basis with the option for a permanent contract afterwards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Controlling business operations- sales, logistics / supply chain and warehousing
• Conducting business development to grow new accounts with Asian supermarkets and other clients
• Developing a successful marketing plan adaptable to the context of each individual client

About you:
The successful applicant will be highly motivated, taking full ownership of the role and will have an excellent ability to communicate with people. You will have previous experience in operations and/or dealing with key accounts.

Profile:

• Required to be fluent in Hindi (C1-level or higher) and English (C1-level or higher), both written and spoken
• Required to have at least 2 years‘ experience in operations management/managing key accounts in the FMCG industry
• Able to commute to the Hague Area on a daily basis or to relocate
