German speaking Recruitment Consultant

Our client is an industry leading recruitment consultancy in the DACH market based in South West London. They are currently massively expanding so are looking for German speaking Recruiters to source candidates for their clients in the risk management and cyber sectors.

As a German speaking Recruitment Consultant you will ideally already have experience in sales and take pride and responsibility in your work. This role would require you to go into the office full-time during probation, but then on a flexible hybrid scheme. They offer excellent training and very competitive commission structure.

Responsibilities include:

• Actively searching for talent in candidate pool or on social media channels
• Helping clients with the organisation of the recruitment process
• Developing new business relationships with clients in Germany
• Writing job adverts and creating content for social media channels

Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience/seniority) + commission
Start date: ASAP

Profile:

• Fluency in written and spoken German and English
• You are passionate about working with people in the digital space and the real world
• You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• Motivated and ambitious
• You have experience dealing with customers or experience in sales.
