Our Client, a well-known luxury fashion brand, is currently seeking a German speaking HR Administrator to join their team in London. The role would be supporting the HR administration with a focus on the DACH market. This would be a 40 hours, contract role, with the possibility to extend or become permanent for the right candidate. The organisation is operating on a hybrid model.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the HR Manager and the HR Advisor in monitoring, reviewing and updating policies in line with current legislation’s
  • Managing staff relationships and support in ER cases
  • Managing employees records and ensuring system is up to date
  • Other administrative duties as required

About you:

The HR Administrator would be an ideal role for a junior HR or someone who recently graduated in a similar field of study, with a keen interest to learn and grow in the role. The position would offer in-house training on all aspects of HR, including change management, recruitment, performance management, employment law and employee relations. To be considered for the role, you will be a fluent German speaker, with previous experience in HR or a keen interest in the field, with excellent administrative and interpersonal skills.

Profile:

  • Fluency in German, written and spoken, is a must for the role.
  • Previous experience in an HR Administrator, HR Assistant or a degree in a related field would be required
  • Excellent administrative skills with the ability to work under close deadlines
  • A team player, with excellent interpersonal skills and can do-attitude
  • Proven skills in using MS Office
  • Eagerness to learn and progress in the HR field
