A German-speaking Customer Service Shift Supervisor is urgently needed for a global company active in the online casino and gambling industry. You will be working from the office in Malta. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to work in a rapidly expanding company. You will be supervising a team of customer service agents and focus on providing a high quality customer service experience for high-profile international customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising a team of customer service agents
  • Design and manage the rota for the team, ensuring optimum cover at busy times
  • Optimising processing and achieving KPIs
  • Ad hoc tasks including reports, checks, helping with customer service tasks

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic problem-solver with an energetic attitude towards problems faced in daily work.


  • Required to be fluent in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum C1), both written and spoken
  • A thorough knowledge of systems like VC Portal, Zendesk, Cascade, RAMP and Tableau
  • Required to have strong communication and reporting ability
