A well-established global information technology company is looking for a bright and client-oriented German speaking Client Service Associate who would like to work in a business environment and take on a leadership position soon in their career. This is a commercial role dealing with German and English speaking clients. The successful applicant will have the chance to work for one of the biggest information consultancy companies in the world of online technology.
As German speaking Client Service Associate you will join our client’s management development program where you will be introduced to an accelerated career path with opportunities to progress into a people management position within only 12 months. As German speaking Client Service Associate, you will provide top-class services to a high profile client base working with business investors, executives, owners and industry experts. This position is based in Hamburg, Germany, on a hybrid working model.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing knowledge-based support and being the main point of contact for German and English speaking clients
  • Resolving challenges and answering clients‘ questions in a timely manner
  • Managing client projects independently and connecting clients with industry experts
  • Being responsible for effectively identifying and anticipating clients‘ needs

About you:

The ideal candidate will be a confident and well-spoken individual with strong problem-solving and excellent German skills. The role is an excellent opportunity for a bright, commercially-minded person with drive and ambition to progress into a managerial role in the near future. You will join our client’s management development program. To apply for this position, you need at least 2 years of professional experience within a business environment.

Profile:

  • Required to be fluent in German (C1-C2 level) and English (at least B2), both written and spoken
  • A Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years experience in a client facing, training, product support or project management role
  • Self-motivated with a drive to provide world class client serivce and to become a people manager
  • Ability to service clients effectively, including the ability to host client meetings and presentations
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple client relationships in a high-demand business
  • A polite, confident and friendly attitude
