German Speaking Business Development Manager (in Frankfurt)

A thrilling opportunity has arisen for a German speaking Business Development Manager to be part of an international fintech that aims to thrive for small businesses based in Frankfurt! Within this exciting role you will be responsible for developing the business‘ opportunities in Germany.

Your responsibilities will include:

• exploring commercial opportunities and implementing revenue driving strategies.
• identifying, converting and onboarding partner prospects
• build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• support with the development of new products and services

About you:
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and business development in the banking or finance sector. You must be able to build positive relationships with key clients in Germany, so it is therefore essential for you to have great communication and organisational skills. You will join a motivated, friendly and dynamic team and will have great opportunities to progress and develop your skill set. If you speak German fluently, have experience or an interest in the banking sector, then this is a great role for you!

Profile:

• Required to be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in sales or business development
• Previous experience in the banking, finance, fintech sector
• Great communication and organisational skills
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a collaborative approach
• Great attention to detail
