Are you a creative and driven L&D professional fluent in German or French? We are recruiting on behalf of Europe’s leading developer and manager of upscale designer retail destinations, seeking a Digital Learning and Development Partner to design and deliver innovative digital learning solutions across eight countries.

Your Role:

• Support the L&D agenda and design impactful learning activities (25% delivery).
• Develop and deliver blended learning programmes, focusing on e-learning and new technologies.
• Conduct inductions and tailor training to meet local needs.
• Create user-friendly guides for tools and processes.
• Assist in implementing our Learning Management System (LMS).
• Monitor and enhance learning initiatives through continuous feedback.
• Drive projects that boost workforce culture, diversity, and inclusion.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning through workshops and internal channels.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in German or French and English.
• Proven experience in L&D, preferably in an international, consumer-facing organisation.
• Expertise in designing and delivering L&D programmes and e-learning tools.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
