German and English speaking certified accountant

A new opportunity for a certified Accountant! Our client with long experience within the property management consultancy business is on the lookout for a German and English speaking Accountant. This role will be working as the connecting piece between the clients customers, as well as the client itself.

Your responsibility will include:

• Meets or exceeds all criteria and expectations of accounting, financial and administrative activities, with regard to billing, credit control and treasury
• Support the Finance Manager with regards to reporting tasks and ad hoc analysis
• Support the properties Financial Accountant in reporting, analysis, and general ledger
• Maintain the sales ledger by booking cash receipts, posting journal entries and reconciling the trial balance to the general ledger

About you:
This position is for a self-motivated, results oriented, enthusiastic individual who will work on a variety of collections and Accountancy duties within the clients B2B program. The individual will be interacting with internal teams and external clients, customers and merchants. The succesful candidate should display a strong sense of urgency and good knowledge of local GAAP and accounting ERPs. Profile

• Fluent in German and English (C1 or C2 level) both written and spoken
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in the real estate industry.
• Credit control / accounts receivable experience.
• Certified Accounting qualification.
