French speaking Wealth Solutions Associate

Are you interested to start a new challenge supporting a brokerage team? Our client, a globally known investment adviser is on the look-out for a French speaking Wealth Solutions (Assurance Vie) Associate for their team in Luxembourg. You will help the team reach their ambitious goals by coordinating with internal departments, preparing on-boarding paperwork, helping create sales deliverable’s, and building new processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support wealth engineers and investment counsellors with operational requests (portfolio recommendations, system updates, documentation)
• Ensure appropriate documentation from clients
• Partner with the insurance company to complete administrative and operational requests for clients
• Perform ad-hoc projects and brainstorm process improvements to support a growing department

About you:

You are engaging and can connect with a wide array of audiences by phone and email. You will be part of an energetic and multicultural team and have great opportunities to progress in your career within the company. Profile:

• Fluent in French (C2-level) and English, both written and spoken
• Degree and/or experience in financial or banking industry preferable
• You meet challenges head-on, don’t deter from any setbacks and continuously work towards improvement
• Eager to work in an autonomous environment to support client needs
• Available to start from October in Luxembourg
