French speaking Reservations Sales Consultant

Our client, a luxury hotel operator with some of the most prestigious hotels worldwide, is looking for a French speaking Reservations Sales Consultant to join them in their head office in central London. The candidate will be responsible for delivering service excellence, via phone and email, to clients in French & English regarding reservations. The office opening hours are Monday to Friday / 8h until 22h and Saturday and Sunday / 9h until 21h, so the working shifts will vary based on 8.5 hours per day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and processing reservations received via phone or email
• Be commercially aware and able to offer recommendations on services
• Handle overdue payments and any cancellation requests, in compliance with the company’s terms and conditions
• Support other departments with administrative tasks

About you:

The ideal candidate will be a reliable, customer-oriented individual who has a positive can-do attitude with excellent French and English language skills. For this role it is important that you are able to demonstrate enthusiasm and positivity to customers and can stay calm in challenging situations.

Profile:

• Fluency in French and English
• Previous experience as a reservation’s agent in a hotel
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong administrative and communication skills
