Our client, a successful mobile app-based business, is looking for a French speaking Business Support Executive to join them in their Hatfield’s office (30 minutes from King’s Cross station).
This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract where you will be working on a hybrid scheme (2 days from the office and the rest from home!) and you will be responsible for delivering outstanding technical support across the French & UK markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving customer queries via email, chat and phone
  • Providing technical support, dealing with invoice and payment queries
  • On-boarding new clients and customers
  • Liaising with other departments when required

About you:

It is essential for you to be a customer-oriented individual and to have superb problem-solving skills, as well as excellent French language skills. Profile:

  • Required to be fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in Customer Service
  • Previous experience using Zendesk is desirable.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Strong communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment
