French and Dutch speaking After Sales Employee

Our client is an expert and an online supplier of AEDs and other first aid products. They are looking for an After Sales Employee for their French, Belgian and Dutch market to be responsible for the enquiries an questions with logistics as well as the maintanance of the AEDs with customers. You will be the link between the service center, sales departments, logistics partners and customers ensuring a smooth process and outstanding customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling logistical questions and issues with customers and partners such as UPS, GLS and PostNL
• Planning, making adjustments and communication regarding the maintanance of AEDs
• Taking part on improving and developing logistics and service processes
• Other ad hoc tasks

About you:
You are skilled in working with multiple tasks at the same time, communicating between parties and utilising diverse systems making sure all the information is correct. You are excited to work in cooperation with multiple parties and collaborate across teams to find best solutions. You will join a young and international team for 32-40 hours per week with possibility to work on a hybrid scheme. Profile:

• Fluent in French, Dutch and English (C1-level or higher), both written and spoken
• Previous experience in similar role
• Customer oriented, great communication skills, team player
• Available to start as soon as possible on-site Vlissingen
