An international blue chip company is looking for outstanding Dutch speakers to join their Customer Service team as an Order Management Specialist. The Dutch-speaking Order Management specialist will have excellent written and spoken communication and will be passionate about delivering top-level customer service. The purpose of the role is to significantly improve the customer service experience by processing orders and effectively resolving customer issues.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first point of contact, answering all customer and client queries via telephone and email across the Benelux market
  • Processing and tracking orders
  • Managing invoices and processing credit notes
  • Working closely with the accounts receivable team to resolve disputes

About you:

Within this role you are expected to be well-spoken, be able to communicate with people on all levels and have previous experience managing and dealing with customer/client orders. You will also have excellent growth opportunities and the chance to travel. This is an exciting role for a Dutch speaker who wants to develop their skill set. Profile:

  • Required to be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in order management within a customer support or sales administration role
  • High attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with a high volume of orders
