This is a great opportunity if you want to be responsible for managing the entire life cycle of a content services portfolio for a market-leading company which provides language and translation services. They are looking for a Dutch speaking Project Coordinator who ensures that customer expectations are met. In the Dutch speaking Project Coordinator role, you will be responsible for managing turnaround time, quality and pricing in the life cycle of projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing projects accurately in terms of compliance to deadlines and scheduling
  • Collaborating with the Team Leader and Account Manager to work on new processes and strategies
  • Maintaining quality standards of the content services offered
  • Working on budget and margin optimisation

About you:

You are well-organised with good administrative skills. This role requires the ability to constantly recognise opportunities for improvement and work well collaboratively in a team. A good eye for detail is very important for this role. Benefits of this Project Coordinator role include having full control over a content services portfolio and building relationships with customers on a daily basis.

Profile:

  • Required to be fluent in Dutch (C2-level) and English (C1-level or higher), both written and spoken
  • 1-3 years of practical experience in project management
  • Able to start immediately and work from the office in Amstelveen
  • Project management experience specifically in language services is a plus
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Translation or an equivalent degree is a plus
