Dutch speaking Logistics Team Leader

A brand new opportunity in the eLogistics industry has occurred for a fluent Dutch speaker with fluency in English to join our client as a Logistics Team Leader. You will be working in the busy Schiphol airport district where you will conduct daily logistics operations managing a team of operators. You will be working across both the office and on the warehouse floor. This is a fixed-term 1 year contract with a potential for an extension to a permanent contract afterwards. The warehouse is open 24/7, so you are free to schedule your 8 hours a day (40 hours a week) to suit you.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and planning intake of shipments
• Making sure that operators understand the daily logistics processes and that these are followed correctly
• Conducting ad hoc logistics admin tasks

About you:

The successful applicant will be highly motivated, taking full ownership of the role and will have an excellent ability to communicate with people. You will have previous experience in logistics.

Profile:

• Required to be fluent in Dutch (C1-level or higher) and English (C1-level or higher), both written and spoken
• Required to have at least 3 years of experience in a team lead capacity
• Happy to work on Sundays (this is the busiest day for the warehouse)
