Dutch and German speaking Accounts Receivable Specialist

A new opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable specialist! Our client with long experience within the global B2B payments and invoicing network industry is on the lookout for a Dutch and German speaking Accounts Receivable specialist. This role will provide direct support to customers, as well as the entire Client AR team for their daily responsibilities.

Your responsibility will include:

• Meets or exceeds all criteria and expectations of a CARS I
• Being subject Matter Expert in AR and/or fluent in multiple AR programs/systems
• Maintaining visibility of quality of delivery and escalating bottle necks to TAM/Client relationship manager
• Acting as a shift point of contact providing direction to the team while ensuring appropriate coverage is met

About you:
This position is for a self-motivated, results oriented, enthusiastic individual who will work on a variety of collections and AR duties within th clients B2B programs, to include interacting with internal teams and external clients, customers and merchants. The succesful candidate should display a strong sense of urgency and ownership when handling customer receivable inquiries. Profile

• Fluent in German, Dutch and English (C1 or C2 level) both written and spoken
• Strong ability to resolve challenging customer situations with solid negotiation skills under difficult circumstances
• 2 years related accounts receivable experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
