Danish speaking Customer service advisor

A Danish speaking Customer support advisor is currently sought for a big international company in the gambling sector, based in Central London. They are looking for a prime communicator who speaks Danish fluently and is happy to learn about the gambling sector. They are offering a fully remote role to support their customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting customers via email, phone and online chat
• Solving queries and complaints
• Coordinating with other teams where necessary

This is a fully remote role working 5 days per week, 40 hours per week on a shift pattern basis (spread between 8am to 9pm). You will need to show flexibility and strength to help consumers as best as possible, while being rewarded with an excellent benefits package including monthly and yearly bonuses, pension, health insurance, perkbox, employee wellbeing…

Profile:

• Required to be fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
• 2 years of experience in customer support role
• Computer savvy
• An interest for the gambling/gaming/betting sector
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Multitask and able to work in a fast-paced environment
